The Adelaide River Inn & Resort offers a selection of accommodation. We have accommodation to suit the needs & budget of any discerning traveller. On offer we have the private tranquil surrounds of the Caravan Park & camp grounds; we offer budget rooms, motel rooms and fully self-contained cabins. All accommodation is within walking distance to the fully fenced tropical pool, the iconic 303 Bar & Bistro and the PUMA service station, all of which are located within the Adelaide River Inn Tourist Park.

Caravan Park
The caravan park offers comprehensive facilities within private surrounds set amongst tropical gardens and manicured lawns adjacent to the Adelaide River.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not take bookings for the caravan park and camping sites, we check-in on a first come basis.

Adelaide River
Adelaide River Inn Tourist Park is situated within the Township of Adelaide River, 1 ½ hours drive (112km/70mi) south of Darwin & 2 hours drive (201km/127mi) north of Katherine on the Stuart Highway, Northern Territory, Australia.
A great base for Litchfield National Park just 45 mins north, here you will find stunning waterfalls and waterholes that are surrounded by monsoonal vine forests, The Lost City, Giant termite mounds and scenic walks, perfect for a day out.

Great base for exploring Litchfield Park
Stayed in a cabin for 2 nights while exploring Litchfield National Park. The cabin was clean and comfortable and across the road from the inn – which had great meals and atmosphere. The lounge wasn’t in great condition and could be replaced. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again

Good choice for accomodation and country style pub dinner
We stayed overnight at the inn’s units. These were spacious with all facilities. Had dinner at the inn, not to be missed. Tables set out in the garden, good food, great atmosphere. Check out Charlie the Buffalo of Crocodile Dundee fame (regretably dead and stuffed) and other memorabilia.

Don’t miss this little gem!
What a great place to stay. It is just like an Oasis in the middle of the desert. Green grass, palm trees, huge trees friendly people and it is cheap. The Daley River is just an hour away and may be a Barra. Don’t forget to visit the magnificent War Memorial. So peaceful and beautifully maintained.

A Most Enjoyable Stay
Our cabin had a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a lounge/ dining room with a pull out sofa, a very well equipped kitchen & a large bathroom with an excellent shower. The whole unit was spotlessly clean.We only stayed one night but it is an excellent base to explore local points of interest.

Excellent place
Being only an hour from home in Darwin, it is the perfect getaway. Each time we go, we stay in a cabin which is roomy, very comfortable and has a full size fridge. We were greeted by Jasmine who is very welcoming and friendly. Pilan took our food orders and also she is very friendly and helpful. The meals are huge, fresh, tasty and reasonably priced.
